Pros

Opportunity to build a business within the company. I have been able to build my customer base by using the tools the company provides. I have the ability to work a flexible work schedule that meets my needs. The majority of the reps have a great time while working. The pay is based on what I produce.

Cons

There are reps that will sit around, while we are slow and find things to complain about. No sick days

Pros

You literally get exactly what you put into this job. If you want to make a lot of money you absolutely will and can if you are willing to work for it! The management cares about not only your work life but they care about you as a person! It's like a family and I enjoy going into work everyday!

Cons

Their aren't many, I've been around for a while so I have saw them fix literally every single issue we as reps have mentioned and now they have made it to wear if you can sell the money you can make is just nuts!

Pros

Flexible Hours. I was very good at sales. I worked every angle that didn't screw the customer to make money. I even got in trouble for trying to work the system to make more money and keep customers in the store, and i still only made just over 40,000. So, without being able to do what i wanted with my schedule and enjoy my life outside of work, i would have never stayed there for any amount of time.

Cons

-Lies from upper management -Pure commission that keeps getting less and less -Too many co-workers competing to talk to one customer to try to squeeze a penny out of them -Deacts - they will lie to you about these all day long, the real deal is they will not only take back whatever commission you got paid on a phone, but also what they deemed the actual phone cost was (which they say they split with you, but there is no way they are paying what they say they are for the equipment). So, for easy math, if you sell a phone and the customer takes it off the account in 181 days, you loose your commission plus you PAY about 5 times what you originally got paid on it, no joke. They will lie and dance around this as much as possible, but that is the truth. You pay 5 times what you made. -- this alone is reason not to work here, because it has to be illegal. -You as the employee take on ALL the risk from customer complaints to phones, to rebates...there is little to no help coming from above, even if something out of your control happens, they want YOU to pay for it. -If you are a good person, that is not good here. If you are a snake and screw over your co-workers and flirt (or more) with your directors or team leads, THAT is how you can work the good shifts and get the trade-shows where there is potential for more money (but be careful, because then there are more deacts too!) -The stores don't have enough accessories, so if someone comes into buy something, you would be able to make a couple bucks if the store had it, but they don't, and when you tell your inventory manager, you get the run around (probably because they are waiting for it to go on sale and then still charge you a crazy amount when it goes missing). -They charge you FULL RETAIL if anything goes missing from the store. Even if you find an accessory later it is insanely hard to get any money back for it. -You have to scan the entire stores inventory AT LEAST once a day if not twice. -The list goes on and on, but you get the idea by now. They will use you, and tell you it is for experienced sales reps, but they are looking for someone to beat up and quit before the next sucker comes in.
