Pros

The pay can sometimes be great. One day I made $500 in a day; another day I made $6 in 6 hours. You never know what you're going to get.

Cons

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. My manager treated me and all the other employees terribly, like we were idiots. She always talked down to us in front of customers. I was told by upper management that they'd never do anything about it because she makes so much money for the company.

The work - life balance was awesome. I was working part - time, So it was up to me when I wanted to come in. Whether I wanted to work in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The work was not hard, Once you are trained you will know your job. The scripts are easy to follow along, They may get tweaked every now and then to make the call flow better or because of promotions going on. You can get discounts on your cell phone services. If you are good at upgrades you can get bonuses for how you perform. If you want to move up, make sure to let management know that you are interested in moving up in the company.
