Flexibility in schedule, consistent customers

Final check includes anywhere from 1-2 months of commissions, wont be paid out until 9 months after you leave the company. You sign a "Dealer agreement" but dont get much for benefits other than life, dental, vision, healthcare-but not in network in many places. The directors in South GA market push you to "stuff" accounts to hit metrics, making it customer service nightmares and no hourly pay, solely commissions on a "draw" of 10.88/hr and then comms is HEAVILY taxed with many chargebacks due to other reps adjusting accounts. They share commissions, but can be unshared and frequently are. Lots of unethical reps making customers not want to return due to bad experiences. Its a "no loss company" so any theft, missing inventory, etc are charged out to the reps. They have a bad reputation in most communities they serve due to commission only reps needing to stuff accounts to make any money, most ethical reps are barely making minimum wage, and the ones you see making decent money, are doing it unethically.
