Great people to work with Decent business structure The way the job works it can be very beneficial to work as a team and coworkers were helpful

Pay is inconsistent, and 100% commission can be scary Benefits could be better

None everything worth working there has changed they micromanage and change rules everyday and management covers for each other and fired at least 30 people I personally knew in the last year for unfair reasons and by surprise

Cons

Mass write ups, micromanaging, unfair and management isn’t personable. Training is pointless. Once leadership doesn’t like you they will push you out the door and ostracize you. HR only covers for them they are not a benefit to the employee.
