The pay is really good.

Cons

Management encourages you to lie to customers. They will suspend you for being 1 minute late. They will suspend you if you don't pull up even just one customer's account, regardless of why they came in. There are multiple ways to manipulate customer's accounts and increase your commission that isn't disclosed to the customer. Impacts shared commission. Their bonuses for hitting certain metrics are a men's watch, and a custom men's suit. Nothing for women.

good money if you put in 80hrs a week good local management cool people as coworkers

Cons

The corporate side of things is so completely. Out of touch with what happens from store to store. Most of management has no idea what they're doing. They will blame the employee for anything including system errors and glitches. Also, they look for any reason to take your paycheck from you. Literally expect you to scam customers and sell them things. They do not need at all.2

Good commission structure for those who are talented. Uncapped commission.

Cons

Managment is pushy and volatile, they do not treat people particularly kindly or well. Hole system is brutal if you don't start out profitiable. You don't earn commission unless you are net profitable for the company.
