This job changed my families life! There is no ceiling at this job as far as commissions! It's also very flexible and gives you a good work life balance

The flexibility can be a hindrance if you aren't able to hold yourself accountable

A sales environment that doesn't make you feel inadequate for not hitting your personal sales goals. Rather, the leadership at this company is exemplary at training and fostering a sales environment that feel comfortable asking for help.

Cons

Schedules are pre-set for the quarter and coverage can be hard to find from time to time.
