Pros

This job is tough, but you get out what you put it. There are no floor managers, only regional managers that you see every quarter. There is no micromanaging, and you can do what you want during your downtime. You are allowed to take off as much as you would like so long as you hit the quota. The people are extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone wants to see you do well and are competitive in a healthy way. You can tell the company cares about it's employees. They provide full benefits and a 401k. The company is good at rewarding hard work and offers ways to network within the organization. You are able to work as much or as little as you'd like. Your schedule is determined off how well you sell within your market and you can trade, drop and pick up shifts as you see fit. I 100% recommend this job. It is tough but I'm enjoying every moment of it. The job is very rewarding. I'll say it again, you get out what you put in.

Cons

The work life balance is tough but this job will teach you discipline. This job has the potential for long hours and it's commission only so some days you may not make any money. You do a fair amount of customer service so the interactions can be taxing.

Pros

You can make alot of money

Cons

-commission structure is flawed ( compared to other retailers, it is taken against your draw which is hourly pay) -scheduling ( they promote scheduling as you can pick but they wont 100% keep thier promise) - unpaid time ( they require you to attend and egregious amount of unpaid meeting which takes aways from you commission draw) -1099 job that requires you to do things you arent paid for -pyramid scheme type job -little to no lateral movement -will fire employees for made up reasons ( i put in my two weeks for a better job but have seen it happen to others) -culture sucks ( its a boys club and if you dont fit in and bow down good luck on a promotion -they steal from you via chargebacks & charges

Pros

Great money if you don’t attach yourself to the customers problems

Cons

The system is set up to give money and flowers to top SALES reps. Reps who take care of the customer after “top sales rep” miss quotes everything or straight up lies to them gets nothing and I mean nothing because you don’t get paid hourly. The higher ups will say you could’ve sold them something when they came back but yeah that will just make them so happy after the first interaction.
