Competitive compensation package that is dependent on how hard you are willing to work. Extremely flexible, allows you to work numerous locations and the ability to assist numerous customers. Leadership development is top notch, with growth opportunities in 30+ markets. The harder you work the better your paycheck will be, motivated people will prosper here. How the bonus structure is laid out is very clear and concise, rarely is there a month that leaves you not familiar with your compensation package.

Cons

Too much flexibility can be tough on people who aren’t the most disciplined. 100% commission means that you control your own destiny.
