      The industry is constantly changing so the company has to change with it. Sometimes that makes things a little clouded and hard to prioritize.

      Great culture, commission on everything you sell, no commission caps, opportunity for completely flexible schedules, low stress environment, down time opportunities, wide range of monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities, and plenty of time for fun!

      Cons

      Commute, some slow days, no mileage.
