Pros

It is uncapped commissions. And if you're willing to work hours And direct people to better profit phones Then this would be for you.

Cons

No pay for your own time spent at 2 hour meetings. No paid vacation no paid days off. No hourly wage and if you are sick it is up to you to get someone to cover your shift. A number of us are considering contacting then a Union and start and start looking at organizing for better benefits and pay.

Pros

High income POTENTIAL if all of the cards fall right and you will work 60+ hours a week

Cons

No PTO, no base salary, no time off unless you can get your shift covered, makes you feel guilty if you are sick or need to miss work, schedule is horrible if you’re a single parent, no care about you as a person, viewed as “replaceable” per the regional managers words, can make $10,000 in a month and still not matter to the company, no set sound policies..the rules will change from day to day, inappropriate remarks and harassment is a common occurrence, watched closely on cameras and required to take upper management phone calls because they are watching if you don’t, witnessed employees pressured into working when knowingfully having or been exposed to COVID, charged full price for accessories if they go missing when they get them at a fraction of the price, forced to pick up shifts regardless if they work with your schedule, commission chargebacks for hundreds of dollars but would get swept under the rug or bullied into not asking about them, watched employees get double charged for draw and mass emails went out telling us not to read the reports we had access to regarding the chargebacks, almost certain you sign something saying you cannot sue the company upon onboarding, double taxed on commission and draw pay
