      Pros

      I love the full Commission because I control my income, the ability to pick your schedule according to your performance is a plus, the company provides great health benefits and 401 that a plus, the fact that we self manage ourselves makes us accountable for our performance along with providing a great customer experience to our clientele. We a great sales development program to coach our new hires the sales process. Easy access to market leadership.

      I have seeing cons, but they are irrelevant compare to all the great things this company has to offer, otherwise I wouldn’t have spent almost 20 years of working for them

      Pay with no caps on commissions, flexibility of schedule, growth both personal and professional. Leadership availability. Rewards/outings/celebrations. The availability to build your business with a company that supports you.

      Unpredictable work hours at times.
