Pros

I love the uncapped earning potential. Here I'm able to make what I'm worth instead of just whatever the company wants to pay me. I love the freedom and the work life balance this company provides.

Cons

I'd prefer paid time off although that hasn't stopped me from taking off whenever I want and just make it up on the sales floor.

Pros

Kinda flexible if you can find someone to work your shift for you

Cons

Commission only, feeling pressured to SELL things to everyone when most people just come in wanting trouble shooting, tech support, customer service etc. You're encouraged to sell people phones they don't want or aren't as good as others because they make more money etc.

Pros

-money is amazing if you work 60+ hours -somewhat flexible schedule -part time avail

Cons

-Poor management -Regional directors set a goal if you achieve it, they take literally 6-8 months to give you your earned reward. - No benefits until 1yr - no PTO - no vacation - DRAW COMMISSION - Minimal training by your team lead/RD -Management is chose by favoritism not by work -They will suspend you if they feel like it.
