Pros

Not a lot of micromanaging. Employees are treated like adults and have a great sense of camaraderie (at least in my region). It's a commission job, so you get out what you put in. The pay structure and compensation allows you to make good money for the work involved if you try hard enough and learn the right ways.

Cons

No PTO. There's an "earned time off" system that you can use to get days off, but they are not paid. No holidays off except Thanksgiving and christmas. Promotion potential is there but may require relocation.
