      High ceiling, low floor; management is nearly non-existent

      Pros

      They boast a high ceiling, and there are reps who can make mid-six figures. Work schedule can be very flexible for life's ups and downs.

      Cons

      As a commission-only job in a customer-service based industry there are days you'll work all day and make $0. There's no in-store management and operations and standards seem to vary in every location. Some situations the employee has to call into their partner support team which is nearly exclusively overseas, and every call can easily eat up 45 minutes or more for a seeminly simple issue.

      Pros

      The pay and perks can be extremely rewarding if you’re dedicated, follow the sales process and hustle right out the gate and remain consistent. You’re surrounded by a great group of professionals that’ll soon become friends and family. Solid culture.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work a ton of hours the moment you go live and from there forward. Your schedule will fluctuate, won’t be consistent on a monthly basis and does come off unfair.
