Pros

Good Commission Structure, Pay is great.

Cons

Horrible Management, absolutely Zero help from store managers and when trying to get assistance from from higher ups, good luck. No room for growth unless you plan on being stuck for years and hoping someone quits. You’re the better fit for the job? Oh well, seniority is king here, not skill. Employees can do as they please until management wants you out. I’ve seen reps drinking and doing drugs while clocked in and when reported it got swept under the rug.

Pros

It can provide temporary income while you look for a more stable, professional, and long-term career opportunity.

Cons

I worked for Cellular Sales for nearly 7 years, and unfortunately, my experience ended with being let go without notice during a phone call that lasted less than five minutes. After that much time with a company, I expected a more professional and respectful process. The only real positive I can mention is that this job may serve as temporary employment while you look for something more stable. However, I would not recommend viewing it as a long-term career opportunity. In my experience, upper management does not make employees feel valued. The pay structure is heavily based on a draw system, and if you are not in one of the very few high-traffic stores, it can be extremely difficult to consistently earn above that draw. From what I saw, only a couple of locations in the Denver area had enough consistent traffic to make that realistic. There was also very limited room for growth. Advancement often felt less based on performance and more based on relationships with the right people in leadership. After nearly 7 years, I received only one small raise and saw very little opportunity for meaningful career development. Training was another major issue. Outside of the initial training, there was little ongoing support. The initial training itself felt rushed, overcrowded, and ineffective. New hires are expected to learn several systems quickly, often in a packed room with many other trainees. For employees in Colorado or Utah, training may also require long drives to Denver or Salt Lake City, with no guarantee of making it through the process. Overall, my experience was disappointing. After years of loyalty and work, being let go without a clear explanation or proper conversation showed me how replaceable employees can feel within this company. I would strongly encourage anyone considering working here to ask detailed questions about pay structure, store traffic, training, advancement opportunities, and job security before accepting a position.
