The place is the epitome of sleezy sales people. You are incentivized to hide the truth from people to sell them phones and plans.

Pros

Flexibility, work when you want as long as you hit quotas. Good opportunity to make commission, but you have to work for it and actively pull up accounts and seek opportunity.

Cons

Very salesy, company will expect you to push spiff phones on customers because that is what pays you the most. The company doesn't advocate for unethical selling, but will turn a blind eye as long as you don't get caught. If you get caught, they will throw you under the bus, even though it's management that probably taught you that.

Nepotism was noticeable in some leadership dynamics, which affected trust Lack of transparency in compensation, especially after role changes Communication from leadership was vague or inconsistent when issues were raised Important meetings and agreements often went undocumented The response to raising concerns felt dismissive and emotionally draining
