They hype you up in training saying this is your own business you run it and you make as much money as you want... BS you can’t have sick days without a Dr note , they schedule you by the month even if you request a day off you could be scheduled then it’s up to you to get it covered or you could get “ Promoted to Customer” . That’s also a phrase they love to use on lots of things but they happen everyday but when you bring it up to upper management you get talked to like you’re the problem. Not to talk about the systematic racism built into their policy no facial hair or long hair but there are white gentleman working there with long hair and I can can numerous African American men hired then let go when corporate individuals see them .

Very Shady business makes you be a very Shady person. They took 1,500 from my comission to tell me 8 months later it was all part of chargeback. Beware working here unless you don't mind them eating from your paycheck. Reps don't respect each other. Every team has someone doing fraud. Bad benifits.
