Pros

Central Florida cellular sales had been great. Great people, management, made friends with my coworkers. Flexible schedule. And the commission is good. As a top performer I make 70-90k/yr.

Cons

Takes dedication to learn and practice selling. If you don’t care to be and get better your pay will reflect. Otherwise no cons. Perhaps it is a long process if you want to become a store manager eventually.

Flexible schedule, bonus, and no micromanaging

Cons

Bonus is based off bigger markets, low foot traffic, and not a lot of health insurance options

Pros

Commission could be good if you knew how the tiers were working that month (they changed frequently). You had autonomy and opportunities depending on your level of motivation.

Cons

Commission tree changed all the time and resulted in less pay for more work. Managers would step in and take your sales when they are salaried and weren't needed. Performance dictated your status, as at any sales position. Employees often paid for situations that weren't their fault.
