      Pros

      Fun work environment, Great Market Director in "Central Florida" market. Great pay.

      Cons

      Hard to track commissions, your paycheck is kind of a guess until a few days before you get paid. No career advancement opportunity. Benefits not so good. They DO NOT support you attending college while working there, they actually do not want you to go to school--Was told "does your school pay your bill?" when they needed a shift covered.. No Paid time off, at all.

      Do not apply. This company lied to many of their employees regarding compensation and among other things. They have commission with a draw and they make silly excuses to house your sales. They have to drive to Casselberry every week, sometimes 2-3 in a week, for "training", silly meetings (email works fine) and 5star (where you call clients) and it is not paid. You are paid when you are at the store and your sales (never seen a paycheck on my sales). The managers are not qualified and administration does not give a flute about their employees. This is a commission sales but they are loosing their best men. Good luck for the future!

      Pros

      Several good people to work with. Learned a lot about phones. Developed some good people skills. Comfortable atmosphere. Got to meet a lot of nice customers

      Cons

      Extremely bad upper management. Greasy individuals complimented on how much they could sell by any means necessary. Bad hours to work, no paid holidays or vacations
