      Pros

      Pay is all commission so that’s a pro or con depending on who you are, but the potential is there for sure. You get benefits.

      Cons

      You gotta “earn” some PTO and it isn’t a lot. Schedules can get insane and it can definitely burn you out. You can’t call or or anything, you need to find someone to cover your shift or you’re responsible for it.

      Very enthusiastic, and motivated coworkers! The nist support i have ever experienced at a job both in work and personal life aspects!

      Cons

      Draw counts against our commission as indirect employees, but corporate employees have an almost identical pay structure, yet their draw doesn't count against their commission. It would be excellent if our company could find a way to compete with that and offer a little more stability to our lives! Other big drawback is the scheduling. It would be nice if there was more consistency, although Osage beach store specifically, We have come together to try and work out what best for everyone's lives and work around eachothers schedules.
