Pros

Flexible with hours, opportunities for outside sales and uncapped commission structure. Helpful environment with local management team. Works at more than one location.

Cons

If you don't like to travel around your area, don't apply as you do work at more than one location. Harsh chargeback structure. Changing away from the customer focused approach is currently affecting sales.

Pros

Flexible hours, easy to take a vacation, employees are easy to get along with

Cons

The job seems great initially but it's not. My commission checks were always significantly less than they should have been and there's no way to see where the money actually went. The company charges the reps for everything they possibly can. Every month you have to battle with the back office to get the money you earned and not pay for "missing inventory". I worked their for a year and a half, in that time, 11 reps quit.
