      Pros

      You’ll be working on a lot of different projects which can gain you experience quickly. Will hire people straight out of school

      Cons

      Low pay. The office location sucks. There is a distinct lack of training or advancement. You are expected to deliver in right time frames without support. Poor work/home balance. Reviews/raises are non-existent. High turn over causes lots of turmoil on projects. No clear direction. Local management is in-effective and non-supportive.

      Pros

      Very interesting work. Great co-workers. Great locations.

      Cons

      Managers are not well educated. Job description of what you apply for may or may not be what you will be expected to do. You will be working 60+ hours a week in order to complete your weekly tasks. Your manager will not give you a clear description of what you need to do and if there is a problem with the software itself, they just will not believe you. Many people here get fired. Scare tactics are a popular management tool.
