Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional

Pros

They had an amazing team that could have made them a powerhouse in the industry 2 years ago.

Cons

They don’t care about what’s going on or the well-being of their employees. They only value profits for themselves. Quite often they would overload their employees with large quantities of work and expect flawless work with extremely unreasonable deadlines. They also carry a demeaning attitude toward employees. Upper management (CEO primarily) is a snob and looks down on anyone in the company

It is unfortunate you didn't have a great experience during your time here, and it's true that working at CemSites isn't for everyone. Change is constant in our business, oftentimes resulting in the shifting of deadlines. We ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers. We set a high standard for ourselves and our workforce. We value our employees’ hard work and appreciate all they do to help us grow.

long hours. hazy direction. high turnover. low pay. management proudly lacks morals -- but at least they have everyone pray before meals!

We at CemSites have a work hard, play hard mentality and environment. It is different than a typical corporate setting which some people are not used to. Because of this, we value self-starters and leaders. If you take pride in being a part of something special, this is the place to be. We make sure to inform every candidate during the interview process that we are a passionate and goal oriented company. CemSites was founded on ethics and moral values. Our employees are a part of the family and we all work toward a common goal. As an industry disruptor, our company can change rapidly from day-to-day.

Great coworkers but terrible ownership

Pros

Great coworkers. Everyone was nice to work with and friendly, and the only good thing about the company.

Cons

Ownership underpays employees and requires 60 hour work weeks from employees to make a 40 work week income while they show up late and leave early. They are unprofessional, rude and demeaning towards staff.
