It's not a bad company to work for.

Pros

If not in BT this is very much a 9-5 job. Managers pretty much leave you alone as long as you get the job done. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Old fashioned when it comes to tele-commuting. Low on benefits, 6 holidays a year and everybody starts with 2 weeks vacation. I hear bonuses are great but only managers get them. It's a no frills company.

Company is absolutely booming in wake of health reform. Leadership is seasoned, but young and agile. People are great. Soft/family culture is carefully preserved.

Cons

No career path definition. No rhyme or reason for promotions.

Pros

very forward-thinking, focus on quality and providing the very best service to accounts. Fast paced but relaxed, casual environment. Senior leadership really do want to provide the best working environment for associates - even if they sometimes miss the mark a little. It's been a great professional and personal experience for me.

Cons

people are generally overworked. managers are expected to achieve tough goals with sometimes very limited resources. Like most companies, the dollar is the bottom line.
