Pros
people are genuinely nice and want to help each other good PTO and decent benefits lots of roles are fully remote
Cons
No overall corporate hiring strategy. Most positions are filled from external hires and there is little opportunity to advance. As the company has grown, it has lost it's feeling of support for employees. Things like paying for internet access and cell phones for remote employees was taken away with no notice. DEI efforts are a show - ERG leads are regularly laid off and their efforts are not supported Lots of lawsuits against the company and upcoming name change resulting in lower bonuses
