      Pros

      - Results-oriented AV company that expects and recognizes the employees hard work. - Flexibility in work schedule (Hybrid for most positions that are able) - Unlimited growth potential (ability to promote vertically and move horizontally) to really find your interested area of work. - Company values employees that are self-starters - Growing company with a great future outlook

      When this company is on point it is one of the best.

      Cons

      Since covid-19 hit this place has been in it's decline. No one talks to anyone, HR is all but noon existent, and when the decision is made randomly to fire someone, that someone has no chance to defend themselves. The fired individual is never directly told they are fired, no official reason is ever given, and don't expect to hear from HR like they tell you to. This company is a yacht club now, and if you don't own one, you should steer clear.
