Pros
Fun events (summits, free treats on Wednesday, happy hours, D&D group, NFL "pick the winner" contests) to name a few. Almost everyone treats everyone else with respect and understanding. Ability to learn. You have a job with a function, but can go beyond and try things.
Cons
It's a better experience if your hybrid. Remotes OK, but a lot of the 'Pros' work better if your able to come in a bit. The work can be a bit much. Lean teams without a lot of buffer, you have to pull your weight.
