      Pros

      Worked for Cenero for approx. 4 years. They have their growing pains but overall everyone is super friendly and successful. If you don't succeed here, it's because you didn't want to. I enjoyed working for Cenero!!

      Most (but not all) managers care about their employees Summer hours (they are not official though) Working from home is flexible

      Cons

      Dealing with the administrative (HR, accounts payable) departments Zero lack of structure Lack of money the company actually brings in Low to almost no culture The benefits (medical mostly)
