Regarding compensation, our HR department closely analyzes the market to provide fair compensation and we strive to offer competitive, equitable programs that recognize and reward strong performance. We realize that we always have room for improvement, and have continued investing in aligning compensation, and in employee growth and development, over the past year. There may be layers involved in making some decisions (depending on those decisions) but we always welcome new thinking and ideas.
