Loved my fellow Censeans. Was a great place to start my career, grow quickly, be challenged, have a work-life balance, and have immediate impact at a young age.

Managers are nice, so is the office.

Cons

Leadership sporadically moves employees around contracts with no warning or stability. There is no hands on training provided, you are expected to come in as a sharp SME, no matter your position. Talent team is all behind closed doors, but promises to let employees interests guide what projects they work on- that is a lie. The minimum hours you work per week is 43-46, with the culture looking down upon those who do not commit 50+ hours weekly to work, with no over time pay. At Censeo, you are nothing more than a number.
