Loved my fellow Censeans. Was a great place to start my career, grow quickly, be challenged, have a work-life balance, and have immediate impact at a young age.

Pros

Highly effective and professional consulting organization intent providing high value to government clients. I have been at Censeo for three years now and have appreciated the work. Censeo is a organization which is intent on process improvements. The organization eagerly welcomes ideas and innovations from employees. This seems to be a rare value in my (somewhat limited) experience in organizations.

Cons

Censeo currently has few people in my role or subordinate roles. I think organizationally Censeo could work better if there were more data scientists. However, government contracting hiring decisions are dictated by the client so this might not be something that Censeo can fix.
