A broker/dealer that is big enough to take care of everything important that you need, but small enough that you are not just a number. Competitive payout is good too.

Cons

There are no significant negatives.

Pros

Incredible opportunities to move up, by becoming registered. Small family oriented but fast paced. If you want to be a financial analyst this is a prefect place to start because you will make a base salary with bonuses for meeting goals, instead of pure commission.

Cons

If you are not going to become certified financial advisor, the amount of work, stress and fairly low pay is not worth it. Needs to have better work, life balance.
