Pros

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.

Pros

Nice company, good perks in and around the office. Some good benefits offered too but granted I did not stay long enough to explore them. Would have stayed in had the job been more for me! Research team are lovely and I wish I could have worked with them longer.

Cons

Only downside is where my manager worked remotely, could not really build relationship with them, however only there 3 months so may have developed. Found my job boring but only because I wanted to start practising law not researching it.

Pros

The company culture is great, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. The people are friendly and always willing to help, creating a supportive work environment. The work-life balance is impressive, showing that the company values our well-being. Community groups and social events throughout the year build a strong sense of community. The office is nice and provides a pleasant working environment.

Cons

The benefits package could be improved; the current length of service requirements feel a bit exclusive. Maternity leave benefits are not as competitive as they could be. There could be more flexibility in the number of days we are required to be in the office.
