Lovely team, good flexible working options, nice office and decent benefits, OK communication from snr mgmt

Cons

Low salaries, few opportunities for career growth, bad socials, confusion around direction of company, lacklustre CEO and some recent bad decisions around IT systems. Company is a worse environment to work in than it was 5 years ago despite (or because of) expansion. Would be worried about potential restructuring down the line as the business tries to figure out its role in the current climate

- the goals and objectives of the company are clear and communicated regularly - we all know what we need to do - Our employee networks work incredibly hard to organise social activities to raise funds for the Swawou school for girls in Sierre Leone and UK charities - A growing company means opportunity to get involved in projects

Cons

Our growth does mean there is a lot going on, some down time would be appreciated in between projects
