Pros

Great office and tools provided to complete workload, freedom to complete work and organise workload at own discretion, never felt micro managed. Friendly work environment. Very flexible with annual leave and work/hybrid scheme. Room for transitioning within the company to other departments from what I have witnessed. If you workout the wellbeing scheme/allowance can be quite useful. Facilities are accessible and staff is great.

Cons

There is little room for progression within the company. Throughout my time, I had 16 different colleagues in my role and only 3 of them got promoted in 2 and a half years. In that same timeframe, I saw the senior staff whom we reported directly to get promoted at least 5 times between themselves.

Pros

Good amount of socials if you are within the teams that attend. Line managers do actually listen if you're overworked/stressed. Most people at the company are friendly and approachable. The office space is nice and modern with ample meeting rooms and private call areas.

Cons

The main issue with this company, as many others on Glassdoor have highlighted, is salary. The pay is woefully low for a London-based job and isn't likely to change anytime soon. You'll feel as if you're constantly chasing to be paid your worth. This is most prevalent in the smaller teams that likely have a smaller budget. Smaller teams feel completely forgotten about when it come to large company updates and initiatives. Talent and development isn't a choice. I was told what I'd be learning/developing in rather than what I'm actually interested in pursuing. There's a confusing management hierarchy structure. Sometimes team leads will over-ride your actual line manager and it can be difficult to understand who to report to. Reward and recognition is given, but only when employees are on the verge of quitting. Feels like it's just used as a method to get people to stay. The work can be extremely boring.

Pros

Great atmosphere, people are generally helpful and collaborative

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standards and salary appraisals are low/non-existent No clarity on career progression Different rules/processes for different people based on favouritism D&I hiring is great but the company doesn't make an effort to understand the challenges that come with different backgrounds Diverse talent for entry-level/junior roles but overlooked during promotions
