- quick acceleration - a lot of responsibilities early on - and pay is also good - very friendly editors and colleagues

Cons

- lots of social events but everything is mainly in the London office (so the US and HK miss out a lot) - departments do not communicate well with each other - management in HK unwilling to support chronic healthcare, discriminatory behaviour

Great office with sociable people, good location, a solid sales strategy, decent coffee, and almost all the Pret you can eat.

Cons

Corruption, toxicity and nepotism by tyrant management who thrives on negativity. Insufficient training, low salary and non-existent commissions. Certain team leaders were masking in their role with neither managerial skills nor tangible sales skills.
