Great company, informal culture, high sales targets in a challenging environment

Pros

The company cultivates a fun, informal work culture. No dress code as such. Although there is a hierarchy as in all companies, new innovative ideas on campaigns, projects and other things are welcomed. You get to see your idea becoming a business proposition which is pretty cool. Travel is also included when there is a business case for business development professionals, booking overseas meetings with clients and developing relationships globally across the company's brands.

Cons

Lack of transparency on promotional guidelines. There is an emphasis on high sales targets which are not always feasible, causing a lot of pressure on the BD and sales reps. Bonuses are not always distributed equally to non-sales staff members.

---good culture and nice people to work with ---25AL and WLB, no OT ---the salary is fine

Cons

---have sales stress, you are expecting to meet the target while the commissions of creating monthly oppos can be really hard to hit ---the product is less localized so it's hard to sale to some non-English speaking countries ---less support of the local marketing in non-English speaking countries

Pros

Nice company, good perks in and around the office. Some good benefits offered too but granted I did not stay long enough to explore them. Would have stayed in had the job been more for me! Research team are lovely and I wish I could have worked with them longer.

Cons

Only downside is where my manager worked remotely, could not really build relationship with them, however only there 3 months so may have developed. Found my job boring but only because I wanted to start practising law not researching it.
