- Fantastic work culture, forward thinking. - People are lovely (which you realise once you are there) and - Work/Life balance is important to LBR and the company is compassionate to the needs of employees - Challenging and fast-paced work environment

Cons

- Lack of career progression - Not a huge amount of work benefits - Salaries can vary and be lower compared to other, similar jobs.

Good people Some good products Decent office Good culture and general business values around sustainability, ESG etc.

Cons

As most other reviews state, pay is pretty poor - way below market average and not increasing in line with inflation/ cost of living. Very few promotion opportunities. They try and cut costs anywhere they can i.e. most employees had to use their own laptops whilst WFH during COVID. No flexibility on WFH - mandated 3 days in the office is pretty archaic.

Lots of opportunity to get stuck in from an early stage. Very supportive management and everyone is super friendly. Work/life balance good.

Cons

More could be done to integrate people in different sections of the business together.
