Pros

There's always plenty of different things to get stuck into across a number of different titles and series, so there's no risk of just running on autopilot with work having gone stale. Communication on the team and between departments has been excellent in my experience.

Cons

Nothing I would feel apprehensive about raising with my manager.

Very helpful colleagues with a genuine interest in law, business and research. Person-centred management style. Good and increasing level of communication from management and of DEI / CSR type initiatives. Overall, definitely a "family feel," provided you are prepared to offer commitment, at least in the areas on which I can offer insight.

Cons

Nothing major and in any case I prefer to discuss these internally.
