The people across all departments are really positive and will always help a colleague. This makes all the difference when there is so much to do. Although based in London, our clients and our outlook is global - this really expands horizons and has given many of the team the opportunity to travel (when safe) and build client relationships across the world.

Cons

There is a focus on growth - which means the whole team works hard to achieve that goal - not just in sales but in content and all support functions.

LBR is a very fast moving company with loads going on and many new projects to work on. There are some interesting products, great people and a supportive atmosphere.

Cons

There is so much going on that it sometimes feels like it could be better organised to make sure that no teams get overwhelmed.

The company culture – it values people being kind to one another, employee work/life balance, and encourages learning new skills. Good people are generally noticed and rewarded.

Cons

Lack of cohesive leadership – as the company is an umbrella for many brands it can feel quite disjointed at times, and the pace of change in each of these departments can feel chaotic when not managed properly.
