The people; it’s crazy sociable and you make good friends The travel depending on your role The opportunity to work with some fantastic people in the industry (like David Samuels) but this sadly isn’t the case for most of the rest of management

Cons

Lack of progression Lack of money Inexperienced management, promoted because they’ve been there the longest not because they can actually do the job well Old-school views on WFH or flexibility

They had a good social culture and team.

Cons

Everything else. This is a company that does not care about you at all. They will happily spend money on booze, socials and un-needed trips, but will NEVER pay their employees more. If you tell them you're unhappy in the company, they'll say it's your fault. They promote based on how much they like you. I worked there 3 years and was only happy for 9 months out of that time. If i could give this company a minus number of stars, I would've. No such thing as career progression, and the merger has only worsened this situation. You'll be neglected and under-appreciated. Best day in the company for me? The day I resigned.
