The people are all friendly, helpful and respectful. The culture is inclusive and the company genuinely cares about making a difference and helping its employees. The company is invested in developing employees and being transparent with them. Location is great and hybrid working is perfect in todays environment.

Cons

They have some great social events but more would be great...especially for new starters
