Great office with sociable people, good location, a solid sales strategy, decent coffee, and almost all the Pret you can eat.

Cons

Corruption, toxicity and nepotism by tyrant management who thrives on negativity. Insufficient training, low salary and non-existent commissions. Certain team leaders were masking in their role with neither managerial skills nor tangible sales skills.

Salary is higher than the median. Great medical plan.

Cons

- No team support. The role was literally a one man band. You have to do everything by yourself. - Other teammates in the UK does not pick up the workload even when you're on leave. - Management does not care if you're burdened with workload. They will pretend to listen but that's about it, it's just performative empathy with no real resolution to your concerns.
