Leadership cares about employees and makes them feel valued. Agile project management prevents developer burnout. Great culture, positive, and cohesive, friendly teams! Great work life balance.

Cons

Not as high pay as other industries (still good pay though!). The trade off for feeling valued and having a work life balance is well worth it.
