      Pros

      Great people if they have been there less than 2-3 years, any longer the company has consumed their soul and they are part of the problem.

      Cons

      Extreme silos in IT, difficult to get any work done with competing priorities and no clear roadmaps or strategies. Broken or non-existent processes force teams to create their own which contributes to the chaos. Constant turnover and re-orgs drive your career path, just outlast your coworkers if you can. Go in knowing what it is, a paycheck and no real expectation to perform.
