Pros
money was decent - benefits and 401 k not bad and stock options ok too the job started off really interesting and the training was good colleagues were supportive and some of the supervisors were too
Cons
unrealistic case loads, tasks were based on ticking boxes not working to solve a complex problem, hard to help the really in need and very sick clients, hard to do everything on the phone denied my request for accommodations based on needs of the business. People were fired or left when they failed multiple audits but the audits had such high uniform standards it was hard to pass them
