Constant change in organization and little communication between departments.

Centene just laid off 2k employees and its very clear that they did not have a solid plan in place for how to move forward with the remaining workers, other than mandating overtime to make up for the failings of management. Furthermore, attempts to advance oneself at the company are often met with "we will talk about that when we have time". which is basically never
