* I would have liked a little more training on the technical side of getting connected in all of the ways appropriate for my position, but that being said...Centene made sure that eventually all of my questions were answered and issues with technology solved.

You will help others with your knowledge and they will promote those you help instead of you! They will lie to you and tell you that you will get a promotion but then you will receive a slap in the face when someone that is always confused gets the promotion you were supposed to! You get no credit and you will get nowhere unless you are in the special little group of people they like. There are also people the management will listen to but they will mean you no good. There are so many liars and deceitful people that work there. Some of the QIS will make trouble for you when they realize you may know more than they do! If you do decide to work here…don’t do anything extra! Someone who doesn’t do a quarter of what you do will be promoted right in your face. It happened to me so I know it happens. Just go on to a company that will appreciate you and treat you as such an appreciated employee.
