Terrible management with authoritarian approach, reactive in all aspects, disorganized, no upward mobility, no communication or collaboration when creating policies and procedures, health insurance is very expensive. Expectation is that you are available to management even when not working. No backup when you’re out of office, it’s expected you keep up while on pto or get it all done immediately when you return or risk missing deadlines. Layoffs every year I was there. Management and leadership do not listen, advocate, respect, or value their employees so keep your expectations low.
