      The pay and benefits are good. It is above average compare to other companies in the same industry. There’s also a significant amount of growth since the company has been acquiring multiple businesses.

      Cons

      Worst management that I’ve ever worked for. Condescending leadership team. Growing business but antiquated system. Management are unqualified for their position. Responsibilities changes on a daily basis, which you will question yourself if it’s even legal for them to do so. Most departments are understaffed and burned out.
